10/27/09 - The SYLIS companies continues its expansion into south Texas. SYLIS Property Management executes a management agreement with dba, Williamson Creek Apartments a 101 unit apartment community located in Austin's south side. With this acquisition, the SYLIS companies manage, own, or partner in a real estate portofolio valued at over $25,000,000.
06/24/09 - The SYLIS companies continue to expand their reach as SYLIS Property Management executes a management agreement with 6808 South Point Land, LLC to manage a 176 unit apartment community. The South Point Village Apartments are located in Austin's south central corridor, just minutues away from the University of Texas, 6th Street, and Congress Ave. This is SYLIS' first acquistion in the city of Austin. South Point will be a great starting point to have our firm continue its expansion in Austin, New Braunfels, Schertz, and San Marcos.

The Coral Ridge Apartments are located in San Antonio's north central corridor and positioned across from North Star Mall, a high visited shopping center in San Antonio.
11/3/08 - SYLIS Real Estate is proud to annonce that they have successful closed a transaction for Jesus and Sarah Alcaraz. They were first time home buyers, and they are now proud owners of a 2,400 square foot home in San Antonio's northwest side. Property was financied by Harbor Financial Mortgage. Congratualtions!

The Oaklawn Apartments have been going and are under extensive renovations. SYLIS Property Management was hired in order to lease up, improve tenant relationships and retention, as well as facilitate the transaction from construction to day-to-day operating duties.
