SYLIS Real Estate is determined on helping unite common investors achieve a common purpose, financial wealth and freedom.  We will use the most up to date resources available to us and through education, patience, time, and a great amount of effort we will bring together investors and position them into ventures that will place them in a better financial state.  We will always have extensive due diligence and a keen sense of the market in order to determine which investments to yield and which to move onward.  We will strive to build better relationships through, honesty, loyalty, devotion, and a great deal of trust.  It is within this terminology that will help brand SYLIS, and achieve common wealth and financial freedom to all its clients.


COMPANY PROFILE

As a young ambitious real estate agent Gilberto Vergara began his real estate career working from his parent's home computer.  He had never been in sales, had little customer service experience, and up to this point in his life had never had a full time job.  He did however have a plan.  He noticed & understood that in order to gain clients, an agent needed to first understand the market and the business (education), he needed to have a good rapport with his clients (trust and loyalty), and he needed to be a proven entrepreneur (credibility).  The philosophy was simple: accurate information and experience leads to trust which leads to loyalty.

Gilberto applied his thoughts on a consistent basis, whether it was a $25,000 home or a $250,000 home, he treats every client with the same approach.  By 2005 residential real estate began to become repetitive and Gilberto wanted to help clients in more than just helping them buy their first home.  After 2 years in residential real estate, Gilberto decided to form SYLIS Real Estate and Property Management.  By this time he had already noticed a trend in commercial real estate.  What he noticed was that major institutions, such as REITs, TICs, and high net worth individuals or companies did not own rehab properties, or have a street full of rental units, or even a subdivision full of rental homes.  They owned low and high rises, large multi-family projects, mid size retail, and office suites.  Projects of this nature could give an investor less risk, more diversification, more tax benefits, and a larger resale opportunity.

Although these large firms or wealthy individuals had the capital to invest, they certainly did not have the time to manage or maintain their investment.  There is a key that links these high net worth individuals with these properties, it was experienced, knowledgeable, and effective property management.  SYLIS Real Estate focused and these properties and naturally found its niche. As of today SYLIS Real Estate and Property Management, co-own, manage, or list for sale, nearly $30,000,000 in commercial and residential real estate.
